James Allbee spoke with Fox 31- Denver about the three people who were arrested after a home invasion where a 16 year old girl was shot and killed. April Chevon, David Gunion, and Cooper Miller were taken into custody for the home invasion and killing of Audrina Fedelina Arrington. Its reported that her father, Michael Arrington, Sr, may have been involved with a series of thefts that Chevon knew were occurring. Chevon “paid off” Gunion and Miller to go confront Arrington, Sr at the apartment he was staying at. Upon entering the residence a physical altercation ensued and gin shots were exchanged and Audrina attempted to physically fight them off. She was shot and subsequently died from her injures.
An intensive investigation was pursued by Aurora Police Department Investigators and were able to execute arrests of the above.
