A female was contacted by Officers and transported to the Hospital under protective custody protocols. While being seen by medical professionals the female became verbally aggressive and spat on medical staff and the Officer. The Loveland Police, probationary (under one year of service) officer hit the female in the face in retaliation. This probationary Officer has sense be terminated from employment.
