James Allbee spoke with Greg Nieto of Fox31- Denver after reviewing the events that lead to Use of deadly force being used against a subject in a mental health crisis. A review of the incident shows that despite resources being utilized and trying to work to a break through moment with the subject he decided to attack a Aurora Police K-9 and Officer with a knife forcing deadly force to be used against him.
