We can’t keep enabling the criminal element and the “soft on crime” approach was tried and proven to be a complete failure. Aurora Police Department has upped their game and adopted a more aggressive approach to the apprehension of criminals.
Law Enforcement has to maintain a healthy balance of accountability, transparency, positive community engagement, and common sense law enforcement practices (criminal deterrence – proactive and reactivate).
