James Allbee spoke with FOX31 – Denver about a new problem Aurora Police Department and Denver Metro area Law Enforcement Agencies are trying to navigate. Teens across the Denver area coordinating efforts to cause chaos in public areas, such as malls and other heavy public populated areas. Law Enforcement agencies are having to pull resources in a proactive approach to identify where these take overs are going to occur and strategically disband the efforts before these take place.
