James Allbee Denver Police Department Officer Impersonation

James Allbee spoke with Fox31 – Denver about the personal safety of questionable traffic stops and contacts with Law Enforcement. This week and unknown person presented flashing red and blue lights on their vehicle and identified themselves as an Undercover police officer. During the contact a wallet was stolen and the credit card was used.
