James Allbee Denver Police Officer Involved Shooting of Brian Allen

James Allbee spoke with FOX31 – Denver about a fatal Officer involved shooting that occurred at a Denver middle in the area of the 900 block of South Hazel Court. The suspect, Brian Allen (DOB 10-24-1978) sentenced in 2019 for a first degree murder conviction to twenty years in prison. Somehow he was allowed out of prison only after a few years and again committing crimes and almost took the lives of Police Officers that contacted him for Criminal Trespass.
