James Allbee, with Metro Intelligence Agency, spoke with Fox 31 -Denver about the Body Worn Camera being released after Kevin Dizmang died of cardiac arrest after being restrained by Colorado Springs Police and a Mental Health Crisis Intervention Team. Dizmang was acutely intoxicated by methamphetamine and suffering from obesity, asthma, and other health complications.
